The pulley mechanism works in a way that it can bring the fish up and down in containers by turning a of a wheel so that it makes it easier to carry items and reduces heavy workload for older folks.
This is the main filter where larger trash is separated and turned into fishing equipment and boat parts later. This is where fisherman begin their day collecting all the waste that accumulated by the machine and begin separation for recycling materials.

Project Introduction
Fishing Dream No 8 was created to understand what the fishing community desires and tackle issues that they are facing with a creative approach. This project was created as a self-sustaining mechanism so that the local fishing community can benefit from this system and be heavily involved in it to create a better community. The No 8 represents the full circle of life and sustainability in this way.
The community rejuvenates through facilities provided for local fishermen to catch, process, and sell their products, in turn re-engaging the surrounding community using simple but effective mechanisms especially since it. The goal of this project is to revitalize the old, small-scale industrial community of Malaysia fishermen that breaks the current detrimental cycle of overfishing and pollution

Reel Wheel
The main bespoke structure is the folding ceiling for the process of drying fish. When the fisherman turns the wheel, it allows open and closing of the ceiling in a foldable motion. This helps in order to get maximum amount of sunlight by just a simple motion and helps lessen the workload for older folks.
