Project Introduction

The 3x6 Hybrid Office is the new revolutionary office providing different environments for employees, where they are 6 feet from each other. This new office is a space for employees to adapt, survive and outgrow the new normal while traditional offices have been restricted because of health security measures. The issue of WFH has proven to have brought a high rate of suicide, resignation and unemployment where post-covid employees are seriously dealing with loss of motivation, creativity, work energy & productivity. The new hybrid office is a changeable and moving working space to beat the work depression, work stagnancy, working sedentary lifestyle and create innovative design strategies for an interchangeable, adjustable and mobile working space for post-covid office employees of the new normal. Introducing the new environment of hot desking where the intention of the project is to create a new innovative working lifestyle implementation such as the best office landscape reconfiguration for employees including a neurodiversity, biophilia and a remote mobile environment for a new hybrid office, the labour revolution of the new normal.

Perspective

LABOUR REVOLUTION

The bespoken design entails the idea of the office being hybrid in various ways:

Working domes for 2-3 employees with 6 feet distance for small private meetings and team work privately. Next, the high sofas providing a space for 1-2 workers for open discussion, leisure and work, and green elements interaction. Encouraging the workers to blend with the neurodiverse community. The connected working stations at the side consist of partitions made with weather stripping materials for physiological, visual and acoustical comfort and privacy, where the partitions separate the working stations into private working spaces. The bespoken design entails the overall idea of the post-covid 3x6 Hybrid Office.
